The SmartCourse solution has been beneficial to Ameren's Computer Training Services department. As we rolled out our Office 2010 training, we were able to easily and quickly modify the course content and structure to match that of our previous course offerings. We consolidated the three levels of Outlook training into two by eliminating some topics and rearranging others. This matched our previous course structure and therefore allowed us to maintain our current course schedule. SmartCourse has been a great addition to our training toolkit!
